- Draft, review, and negotiate critical real estate legal instruments, including Sales Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, Tenancy Agreements, and Joint Venture contracts.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to Lagos State property laws, land regulations, and building codes to mitigate institutional risk.
- Manage property documentation and the perfection of titles, coordinating closely with government agencies (e.g., Land Registry, Surveyor General) to ensure seamless transaction closures.
- Provide internal legal advisory support for day-to-day business operations, corporate governance, and ethical standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end client journey, from initial inquiry and property viewing to post-purchase support and property handover.
- Implement proactive client retention strategies, manage feedback loops, and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a bespoke and professional service experience that fosters long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure all promotional materials, pitches, and contracts align with legal and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement operational workflows that harmonize legal requirements with superior customer service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of active, productive, and proven hands-on experience in a legal or high-level customer experience capacity within the Real Estate or Property Development sector.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and BL are required. An additional degree or certification in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or an MBA is a distinct advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos real estate laws, property registration processes, and complex contract drafting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion, integrity, and extreme attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and executive-level client-facing communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software.
