No, we do not store your debit card details. All payments are securely processed by Paystack, our trusted payment partner. Your card information is encrypted and handled according to PCI DSS compliance standards.

Subscribe (Monthly): Recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews. Starter Plan: ₦5,999/month, Pro Career Plan: ₦24,999/month. Requires card payment and enables automatic billing. Enterprise Plan is not available as a monthly subscription.

Pay Once: One-time payment for 30 days of access. Starter Plan: ₦7,999, Pro Career Plan: ₦29,999. Enterprise Plan: ₦250,000 for 4 months. Allows bank transfer, USSD, and other payment methods. No automatic renewal.

Yes, if you choose "Subscribe (Monthly)" for Starter or Pro Career plans, your payment method will be automatically charged each month to keep your subscription active. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. If you choose "Pay Once" or the Enterprise Plan (which is always a one-time payment), there are no automatic deductions.

Each subscription lasts for 30 days from the date of payment for Starter and Pro Career plans. For monthly subscriptions, it automatically renews every 30 days. For one-time payments, access expires after 30 days and you'll need to make a new payment to continue. The Enterprise Plan provides 4 months of access with a one-time payment of ₦250,000.

Yes, if you want to stop automatic renewals for Starter or Pro Career plans, you need to cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime from the upgrade page, and you'll continue to have access until your current subscription period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation. You can also reactivate later if you change your mind. The Enterprise Plan is a one-time payment and does not require cancellation as there are no automatic renewals.

If a subscription payment fails for Starter or Pro Career plans, Paystack will automatically retry the payment 3-4 times over the next week. You'll receive email notifications about the failure and retry attempts. If all retries fail, your subscription will be disabled, but you'll continue to have access until your current subscription period ends. You can reactivate by updating your payment method and making a new payment. For the Enterprise Plan, since it's a one-time payment, if the payment fails, you'll need to retry the payment manually. Once successful, you'll have 4 months of access with no further payment required.

If your account was debited but your upgrade wasn't processed, please contact us immediately with your payment reference number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours. All payments are tracked, so we can verify and process your upgrade manually if needed.

We offer a 100% refund policy within 24 hours of purchase for all subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro Career, and Enterprise). If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 24 hours, simply contact us with your payment reference number, and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
