Law Firm Review Guidelines

TR Thrive reviews should help clients, lawyers, and firms make better decisions while respecting confidentiality, fairness, and legal risk.

Who Can Review

Clients may review the service quality of a firm they have worked with. Lawyers may review professional, workplace, or collaboration experiences with a firm.

Every review is tied to a signed-in TR Thrive account, even when the public display is anonymous.

What To Include

  • Communication and responsiveness.
  • Professionalism and ethics.
  • Timeliness and organization.
  • Transparency about fees, process, or expectations.
  • General practice area and year of experience.

What Not To Include

  • Confidential or privileged information.
  • Names of private clients, witnesses, or opposing parties.
  • Settlement terms, case strategy, or sensitive court details.
  • Threats, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • Fake reviews or undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Moderation

New reviews enter a moderation queue before publication. Admins may approve, reject, flag, dispute, or remove reviews that break the rules.

Law firms can respond officially after a successful claim, but firms cannot directly delete honest reviews.

Reports and Disputes

Users and firms may report reviews for fake content, confidential information, abuse, conflicts of interest, spam, or other policy concerns. Admin decisions are logged for accountability.
