- Provide strategic legal advice to the firm on matters related to regulatory compliance, contracts, corporate governance, and other legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure that the firm operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to Audit, Taxation and Business Consulting.
- Manage the firm’s Clients’ secretarial services when necessary.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on complex legal matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the firms’s goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Lead performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive.
- Ensure efficient administration and day-to-day office management, including facilities, supplies, and operational processes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage company assets and ensure proper maintenance, including vehicles and office equipment.
- Coordinate administrative support for executive management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA or LLM), Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in legal, human resources, or administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position across previous experiences.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, corporate governance, and legal requirements relevant to Business Consulting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
