Litigation Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of active experience in civil and commercial litigation. Experience specifically within the energy sector or a top-tier law firm with a power desk is a significant advantage.
• Admission to the Nigerian Bar (Candidate must be a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria)

• Demonstration of Investigative rigor and ability to draft comprehensive pleadings
• Proficiency in using legal research tools to provide opinions on Liability and Quantum of Damages
