Job Descriptions

• Provide strategic legal advice to Management and the Board where required.
• Lead the company's legal function and provide legal oversight across the business.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support for technology, software, licensing, outsourcing and service agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Support Board and shareholder-related legal and governance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage external legal counsel and other legal service providers.
• Advise Management on legal risks associated with business decisions and transactions.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other strategic transactions.
• Manage litigation, disputes and other contentious matters.
• Develop and maintain legal policies, templates and contract standards.
• Support contract risk assessment and legal due diligence.
• Guide intellectual property, data protection, employment and technology-related legal matters.
• Maintain an effective legal risk register and escalation framework.
• Keep Management informed of material legal and regulatory developments.
