​Key Responsibilities

• ​Draft, assemble, and file court processes across various judicial levels and tribunals.
• ​Liaise directly with court clerks, registrars, bailiffs, and judicial officers.
• ​Track case progression, cause lists, hearing dates, and court orders.
• ​Ensure the seamless handling and service of court-related documents and processes.
• ​Maintain accurate case records, litigation files, and procedural updates for the firm's dispute resolution practice.
