Senior Legal Officer

Hall 7 Real Estate Limited is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Officer to provide legal and regulatory support across its real estate operations.
The role involves providing legal advice, managing contracts and property transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying legal risks, and supporting the company's commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, property, real estate, construction, investment, employment, contractual and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, property documentation and other legal documents.
• Support land and property transactions, development projects and construction agreements.
• Monitor applicable laws, regulations, permits, licences and statutory requirements.
  Identify and advise on legal and regulatory risks.
• Support the management of disputes, claims and contentious matters.
• Coordinate with external solicitors where required.
• Maintain proper legal records, contracts, licences, permits and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, regulators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
