About the Role
Reliance Health is looking for a Manager, Legal and Compliance Services to oversee legal and compliance operations across its markets in Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire. The role involves providing legal guidance, managing regulatory compliance, reviewing commercial contracts, and supporting business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Manage regulatory filings and relationships with regulators.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments.
  • Develop internal compliance policies and processes.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and support investigations.
  • Coordinate external counsel and board governance activities.

Requirements

Requirements

  • LL.B + B.L. (Call to Bar required).
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in corporate law, compliance, or a regulated industry.
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in fintech, insurance, or health tech is an advantage.
