Legal Officer

Requirements

• LL.B degree and qualification to practice law in Nigeria.
• 2–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  Strong knowledge of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and related regulations.
• At least one year of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is an added advantage.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and data processing agreements.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
