Job Description

Sohcahtoa Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Entry Level professional to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited legal experience to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Legal Entry Level professional, you will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with various legal tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing for legal proceedings, including compiling evidence and organizing exhibits.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
  • Call to Bar is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior internship or legal experience is a plus.
