Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Barrister-at-Law (BL) are essential.
• An LLM degree will be considered a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 4-9 years of progressive experience in commercial law practice is required.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
• Profound knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, corporate governance, and company secretarial practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills with a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and legally sound documents.
• Demonstrated high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
