Legal Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Call to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 4 years post-call experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience in litigation, maritime law, corporate/commercial law, or regulatory advisory (depending on firm’s practice focus).
• Continuous professional development (CPD) participation and evidence of relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• The ideal candidate should preferably live within the Lekki axis.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Law Pavilion).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Client service-oriented with proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
