Tax And Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax and Audit Manager to lead tax compliance and audit functions while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity, managing risk, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, planning, and filings (corporate, VAT, and other applicable taxes)
• Lead internal and external audit processes and act as the primary point of contact for auditors
   
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and accounting standards
   
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness
   
• Identify tax risks and opportunities for optimization
   
• Develop and implement internal controls and audit procedures
   
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to finance team members
   
• Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies as required
