Job Description

Wreath & Phan Solicitors is seeking a Senior Legal Associate to oversee and manage litigation and corporate legal matters. You will represent clients before courts and regulatory bodies, draft and review legal documentation, and provide legal advisory services with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage litigation and corporate matters for clients. 
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulators. 
• Draft, review, and advise on legal documents including pleadings and contracts. 
• Provide legal advisory services independently and effectively. 
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and advisory work.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognised university. 
• Nigerian Law School qualification (Barrister-at-Law) and call to the Bar. 
• Minimum 4 years post-call experience in litigation and/or corporate legal practice. 
• Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills. 
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work with limited supervision and manage legal matters independently.
