  • Support legal teams in financial evidence analysis for litigation and disputes.
  • Assist in preparing expert reports, exhibits, and case documentation.
  • Review financial records for evidentiary relevance in legal proceedings.
  • Support regulatory investigations and compliance reviews.
  • Consult with external counsel, regulators, and internal investigation teams.
  • Assist in organizing case files and maintaining evidence documentation standards.
  • Contribute to preparation for hearings, depositions, and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Analyze financial data to support legal arguments and claims.
  • Ensure proper documentation and chain-of-custody handling of financial evidence.
  • Travel to clients or regulatory sites when required.
  • Exposure to complex legal-financial cases.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or related discipline (minimum 2:1).
  • 2–5 years of experience in legal support, compliance, audit, or financial investigation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication and report drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • High diligence and confidentiality awareness.
  • Strong legal-commercial awareness.
  • Analytical reasoning.
  • Documentation precision.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure in case-driven environments.

 

Preferred

  • Exposure to litigation support or regulatory investigations.
  • Knowledge of corporate law, dispute resolution, or compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of forensic accounting principles.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams or law firms.
