Senior Legal Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and qualification to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience within oil & gas, construction, finance
• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or relevant professional certification.
