Senior IP Legal Associate

Requirements

• LL.B and B.L from a recognized institution; LL.M or certification in Intellectual Property Law is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years post-call experience, with a strong focus on IP law, trademark registration, patent filing, and copyright matters.
• Proven experience handling IP litigation, enforcement, and advisory work for corporate clients.
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills, with attention to detail and precision.
• Strong understanding of local and international IP frameworks, including WIPO and ARIPO processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A team player with integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to client service excellence
