Risk Assessment Manager

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Risk Assessment Manager to identify, evaluate, and manage risks that may impact the organization’s operations, financial stability, compliance, and reputation. The ideal candidate will develop risk frameworks, lead assessments, and work closely with management to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk assessment frameworks and tools
• Conduct periodic risk assessments across departments and business units
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting the organization
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies and controls
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams on risk-related matters
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization
