Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Manage court filings, track hearing dates and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements

- Attend court sessions, assist counsel, and liaise with court officials when necessary

- Maintain organised case files, process affidavits, prepare basic correspondence and support the litigation team

- Handle service of processes, monitor case progress and provide regular updates to supervising counsel

Requirements

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of four years experience in litigation support or law office practice

- Strong understanding of court procedures, filing processes and registry operations

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions

- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
