Job Description

PWAN Group Limited is a conglomerate of different affiliate companies, and the brainchild of PWAN HOMES LIMITED. The Company has evolved into a choice Real Estate Development and Marketing Company with a reputation for integrity, responsibility and excellence in service. The Headquarters of the PWAN Group is in Sangotedo- Ajah, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
  • Develop and inspect land surveying projects
  • Advise the company on title issues and environmental issues, and insurance issues
  • Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions
  • Ability to work under pressure.
