Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide legal advisory, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen corporate governance, and mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on commercial and operational matters
  • Draft and review contracts (vendors, suppliers, airlines, logistics)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (aviation, petroleum, corporate law)
  • Manage legal risks and support governance frameworks
  • Handle litigation and liaise with external counsel
  • Monitor statutory filings and compliance requirements
  • Develop and enforce company policies
  • Maintain legal documentation and records

Requirements

  • LLB & BL (Called to Bar)
  • 3–5 years experience (oil & gas / aviation preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial & corporate law
