Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advisory and compliance support on corporate and commercial matters

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents

Support regulatory filings and liaison with relevant authorities

Conduct legal research and prepare opinions/memos

Assist with transactions and due diligence processes

Requirements

  • LLB degree /BL
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience post call
  • Experience in real estate is an added advantage
  • Good documentation and administrative skills
  • Good organizational and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
