Legal Officer

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
• Called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-call experience in corporate legal practice, with significant exposure to company secretarial functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the agro-commodity sector.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely, accurate advice.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrable knowledge of capital market operations.
