Legal Officer

AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is seeking a commercially minded and French-speaking Legal Officer to provide legal advisory and operational support across its business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management and business units on operational and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, leases, MOUs and other contracts.
• Identify and manage legal and contractual risks.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
• Support regulatory compliance and liaise with government agencies and regulators.
• Assist with litigation, claims, disputes and alternative dispute resolution.
• Support corporate governance, statutory matters and corporate documentation.
• Provide legal support for French-speaking clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Draft, review, interpret and translate legal and commercial documents between English and French.
• Participate in negotiations and meetings involving French-speaking stakeholders.
  Support cross-border transactions involving Francophone jurisdictions.
