Job Descriptions

• Provide legal advisory services on Islamic finance structures, including Sukuk, Shari’ah-compliant financing, and other non-interest financial instruments.
• Advise on capital markets transactions, securities regulation, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including financing agreements, prospectuses, disclosures, and corporate governance documents.
• Perform company secretarial duties, including board and committee meetings, preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory filings, and regulatory returns.
• Liaise with regulators, trustees, investors, financial institutions, and external counsel.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting Islamic finance, capital markets, and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with Shari’ah principles, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal stakeholders with legal opinions and risk assessments.
