Job Description

Rite Foods Limited is looking for a Legal Officer (Corporate Services) to support its corporate legal functions. You will be part of a legal team that provides practical legal solutions, ensures compliance with corporate laws, and supports governance and statutory obligations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support on corporate and commercial matters 
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation 
• Support corporate governance activities, including board meetings and minute preparation 
• Manage legal documentation, filings, and corporate records 
• Monitor compliance with Nigerian corporate and commercial law 
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal solutions to business challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ corporate legal practice experience 
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial law 
• Experience with contract drafting and legal advisory work 
• Skills in company secretariat functions and corporate governance 
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills 
• Ability to provide practical legal guidance to support business decisions
