Job Description

AAA Finance and Investment Company Limited is a fast growing Finance House company established in 2018 and promoted by reputable investors. AA Finance and Investment Company limited is registered and licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria as a Finance House  to provide financial services. We are looking for a legal personnel to fill in the position of executive officer on our team.

Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Barrister-at-Law (B.L) from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 3 years post-call experience, preferably with at least 2 years in the financial services sector.
  • Membership of professional associations (e.g., Nigerian Bar Association,
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or Compliance Institute of Nigeria) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge Of Nigerian financial laws and regulations, including those from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Experience with corporate governance, anti-money laundering (AML), and data protection laws (NDPR, GDPR knowledge is a plus).
