Legal Counsel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in law and a call to bar Certificate from Nigerian Law School.
• 4-6 years post call experience in corporate and commercial law, oil & gas and/or Maritime Projects/Operations is desired.
• An understanding of oil and gas bids and tender processes
• A strong understanding on corporate governance and regulatory compliancd.
• Prior experiences in JVs, Mergers, acquisitions, SPVs, PPP will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other contract or EDMS tools are required.
