Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with CBN, SEC, NDPC, NFIU, and other regulators
  • Manage AML/CFT, KYC, data privacy (NDPA 2023), and consumer protection policies
  • Handle regulatory licensing, audits, reporting, and training
  • Advise on corporate governance, cybersecurity, and cross-border compliance

Requirements

Requirements:

  • LLB + BL (called to the Nigerian Bar)
  • 4+ years of compliance experience in financial services or fintech
  • Strong knowledge of CBN, SEC, NDPA 2023, AML/CFT, and data protection regulations
  • Excellent policy drafting and analytical skills
