Legal and Corporate Services Intern

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and B.L
• Minimum of 1 year relevant post-call experience in a corporate environment
• Sound knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt, multitask, work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
