Legal & Compliance Officer

• Must be a SEC-Sponsored Individual (Compliance Officer).
• 7–9 years of compliance experience, preferably within the fund management sector.
• Strong knowledge of SEC Rules, AML/CFT/CPF regulations, and Nigerian capital market laws.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
