Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations within the financial technology sector and provide timely, actionable advice to management on their potential impact.
• Conduct regular and thorough compliance risk assessments, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Offer expert legal and compliance guidance to various departments concerning new products, services, and strategic business initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of regulatory filings and reporting obligations efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors, fostering transparent and productive relationships.
