Legal / HR Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Barrister-at-Law (BL) degrees from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-Law school professional experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, or a closely related industry.
• Admission to the Nigerian Bar Association with a valid practicing license and seal.
• Candidates should ideally be no older than 45 years of age.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively close deals and secure favorable outcomes.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in relevant legal and HR software/tools is an advantage.
