Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (BL).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or legal practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage workforce relations across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
