Job Description

Assist in organising folders and managing emails using Google or Microsoft applications.

• Perform basic filing tasks to support the team’s record-keeping.
• Provide general administrative support to remote lawyers and staff.
• Handle telephone communications and respond to clients professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in organising digital and documents.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Applicant must have access to a reliable desktop computer and smart phone.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
