Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to management and internal departments on day-to-day operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including customer agreements, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), leases, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications laws, NCC regulations, data protection laws (including NDPR), and other relevant Nigerian legislation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, including the NCC, on licensing, filings, renewals, audits, and compliance issues.
• Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, policies, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Manage and coordinate disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external counsel as required.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the ISP and telecommunications sector and advise management accordingly.
• Assist with employment and labor law matters, including HR policies, disciplinary processes, and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Minimum of a BSc.
