Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); BL is mandatory. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience, preferably within real estate, commercial law, or property development.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Qualified legal practitioner with strong experience in real estate/property law
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Nigeria
