About the Role

Westfield Consulting is recruiting a Head, Compliance & Risk to lead the organisation's compliance, risk management, and internal control functions. The successful candidate will develop enterprise risk frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen governance processes, and advise executive management on key risk issues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.

Lead the organisation's compliance and internal control functions.

Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the risk register.

Develop and review risk management policies and procedures.

Monitor compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.

Coordinate business continuity and crisis management plans.

Work with internal and external auditors on compliance matters.

Drive a strong risk and compliance culture across the organisation.
