  • Oversee, review, and provide expert legal advice on all court processes received by the company.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Analyze legal issues, provide sound legal advice, and develop strategic solutions to address them effectively.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate administrative agreements and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments, advising the organization on their implications.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and compliance when required.
  • Maintain an organized record of all legal documents and data for easy retrieval and reference

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and Certificate of Call to Bar
  • 4-5 years relevant legal experience
  • Knowledge of commercial, corporate and financial laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office Suite.
