Job Summary

The Compliance Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring control frameworks, policies, and compliance programs across Mshel Homes Limited’s operations. The role ensures that business processes adhere to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices, while proactively identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of control systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the real estate and property development sector.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in internal control, compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or CFE is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the real estate, construction, financial services, or professional services sector is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks, tax obligations, and corporate governance standards.
