Job Description

Boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to support our Trusts & Estates, Landlord–Tenant, and general litigation practices. 

 

This fully remote position requires strong independent work skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

 

Drafting and prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, correspondence, and court filings.

Maintain organized case files and active case lists.

Manage schedules, deadlines, and litigation or client-related calendars.

 Conduct client interviews

Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, petitions, and accountings.

Handle discovery, production tasks, litigation binders, and deposition/trial preparation.
