Associate Lawyer

Moland Partners is a multidisciplinary legal advisory and consultancy firm providing legal, real estate, immigration, corporate governance, and accounting services in Nigeria and internationally. The firm is seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to join its legal team. 

The Associate Lawyer will handle complex legal matters in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, real estate transactions, immigration cases, and governance work. The role requires strong legal drafting, advisory skills, and client engagement in a fast-paced professional services environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts. 

• Provide legal advice to clients on a range of matters, including litigation and dispute resolution. 

• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal opinions. 

• Represent clients or provide support in negotiations and proceedings as required. 

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client engagements. 

• Maintain high standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.
