  • Identify, assess and manage regulatory risks across all operations.
  • Lead drafting/negotiation of agreements involving EY and own end-to-end contract lifecycles.
  • Proffering advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Manage litigation and pre‑contentious issues, evidence preservation, and coordinate external counsel; track exposures and settlement strategy in alignment with risk appetite.
  • Partner with client serving teams to embed regulatory considerations into decision-making and execution.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: LL.B and B.L mandatory; postgraduate law or business degree (LL.M/MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 4–6 years with demonstrable responsibility for handling complex commercial contracts and regulatory implementation.
  • Licensure: Compliance, corporate governance and/or data protection certification is a plus.
  • A mix of top‑tier law firm and in‑house experience is preferred.
