Dear All,

We are currently seeking Associates specialized in corporate and commercial Law to join the team. The ideal candidate should should have the requisite experience:

• 6 - 8 years working experience in corporate and commercial Law
• Has perfect knowledge of SEC rules and procedures, as well as capital market operations and legal frameworks
• able to draft Commercial legal documents
• has a good presence and can interface with clients
• resides within the Lekki axis
