Associate – Transactions & Capital Market

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law

Master's degree and/or professional certifications in a related field (CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIS) will be an added advantage

4-7 years of experience in corporate finance, or capital markets, with proven involvement in legal transaction work

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with regulatory authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), stock exchanges, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Strong knowledge of maritime operations, regulations, and industry practices

Proven experience drafting and reviewing oil and gas transaction documents

Demonstrated ability to advise clients on transaction structuring and related commercial and regulatory risks

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, high-performing team.
