Senior Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to oversee and manage complex legal disputes, provide strategic legal advice, and represent the organization/clients in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases including civil, commercial, and corporate disputes.

• Represent clients/organization in court proceedings, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal opinions on high-risk and sensitive matters.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and appeals.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.

• Provide advisory support to management and internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance issues.

• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other legal professionals when required.

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal associates.

• Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements and advise the organization accordingly.

• Ensure timely case management and maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Participate in dispute resolution and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes.
