Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced litigation and commercial counselto manage the organization’s dispute resolution portfolio while providing strategic legal support on commercial transactions.

The role combines litigation oversight with advisory functions on contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Requirements

  • LLB Degree in Law
  • BL Degree /Call to the Nigerian Bar
  • ICSAN Membership
  • MBA or BSc in Business Administration will be an advantage;
  • A minimum of 10 years working as a Legal Counsel for businesses.
  • A proven track record of creating effective legal strategies.
  • Sound Knowledge of Nigerian Laws and Judgments
  • Corporate Law and Procedure
  • Arbitration and Mediation skills.
