Job Descriptions

• Lead all domestic and international arbitration proceedings before various Courts of Arbitration and Multi-Door Courthouses
• Conduct commercial litigation before the Federal High Court, State High Courts, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court on behalf of clients
• To litigate, arbitrate, mediate, and pursue structured negotiation
• Pleadings, affidavits, written addresses, notices of appeal, briefs of argument
• Handle enforcement of judgments and foreign arbitral awards under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 and the New York Convention 1958
• Conduct pre-litigation advisory, draft demand letters, manage without-prejudice communications and settlement structuring
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal opinions across contentious matters
• Draft and review all capital raise documentation
• Share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, warranties, indemnities, and completion mechanics
• Prepare legal due diligence reports for financing and real estate transactions; advise clients on identified risks and mitigants
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
