Senior Associate – Commercial Law

Aliant Qais Conrad Laureate is seeking a Senior Associate (Commercial Law) to join its Lagos office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving significant client interaction and responsibility for complex corporate and commercial transactions.

The successful candidate will provide high-level legal advisory services to local and international clients, deliver commercially sound legal solutions, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for top-tier, cross-border legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Manage and nurture client relationships across multiple sectors
• Ensure compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory frameworks
• Support cross-border transactions and international client matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and global Aliant network firms
• Handle day-to-day commercial legal matters with minimal supervision
